The LEDs ceramic body ensures high heat dissipation and a constant luminous flux over time, in accordance with the ENERGYSTAR® requirements.
In order to achieve this result, technological materials are used such as printed circuit boards in thermo conductive plastic, coupled to heat sinks made with graphite sheets. The advantages from the combination of these materials with ceramic LEDs are: better insulation, maximum heat transfer, uniform heating across the board, less stress on the LEDs during welding and high repeatability of thermal coupling.
